So.
I saw a doctor today, and there was discussion of my very irregular and scant sleep habits.
Like, I sleep, on average, 4 to 6 hours/night, sometimes less.
She said I should "relax for two hours before bed time".
I'm a little fuzzy on this "relax".
In general, I'm either working or sleeping.
Apparently there's something in between, where you're awake, but not working?
