Breakfast of Champions (who oversleep and are lucky to have a local hippy grocers)
My breakfast today consisted of a Lilly's Almond/Dark Chocolate bar (no sugar added),
and some Alive & Radiant Original Kale Krunch kale chips,
and Honest Tea Assam Black Tea
I had to get to an appointment early, pedalling my Fuji, and didn't have time to make breakfast at home (overslept), so purchased my breakfast from the local hippy grocers, Edge of the Woods Market
.
Not a bad breakfast though; Chocolate, kale, and tea, oh, plus a couple of locally grown, organic strawberries.
