I like what they say about you in the intro, about "taking a stand". I admit I don't care that much about politics (of course I'm for open source but I don't mind using proprietary software when it suits me), I use Linux mainly because it's more user-friendly/comfortable, more convenient for my purposes, and aesthetically superior to Windows.

My primary motivation for using GNU/Linux and Free/Open Source Software IS, indeed, the principle of Freedom.
I find that very important.
The fact that the software is also more stable, more secure, and less expensive are just added bonuses.
The fact that it's more FUN is a super-bonus!
