La Cena a Macchu Picchu
I had dinner at Machu Picchu

They start you off with this parched corn. It's crunchy/salty goodness.

They serve it with this very tasty sauce, kind of spicy and creamy.

Next I had "Sopa Chilcano". The menu says "fish soup with clams", but it had mussels, not clams. Still, very nice.

And, finally, pescado frito (fried, whole red snapper), con ensaladas y yucca (and un platito de frijoles, not pictured).
I'm stuff.
I always leave Machu Picchu quite satisfied.
I listened to músicas peruanas (and a little reggaeton, blech), and was attended by an adorable muchacha costariquense, too.
